OUR MISSION
At Awareness Attire, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. That's why we're on a mission to raise awareness and break the stigma surrounding mental illness. We do this by creating stylish and comfortable apparel that sparks conversations and encourages people to seek help if they need it.
Our clothes are designed to be a reminder that you are not alone. They're a way to show your support for mental health awareness and start important conversations.
When you wear our clothes, you're not just making a fashion statement. You're making a statement about your commitment to mental health. You're showing the world that you believe in hope, recovery, and the power of human connection.
So join us in our mission to make mental health awareness a part of everyday life. Wear our clothes, share our message, and let's create a world where everyone feels comfortable talking about their mental health.

Hi, my name is Brett, and along with my amazing wife Sara, we have founded Awareness Attire. Depression and anxiety have been a large part of our lives for many years. Due to depression, I constantly found myself avoiding social situations based on fear of not being accepted. Other times I would mask my personality to fit in, because I was afraid people could not handle the real me. Due to my anxiety, I lived in a world of irrational negative thoughts. Spending many nights lying in bed just wishing that my fears would subside and I would wake in the morning.
With support from Sara, I finally got the help that I needed. I have been in therapy now for many years, which has greatly helped to reduce my symptoms. Sara herself is very familiar with depression after being diagnosed at the age of 7. Since that time, she has consistently been in therapy and taken the prescribed medications. Sara’s journey, like all sufferers, has not been smooth. However, these experiences have shown her and I the benefits of seeking help for your ailments. I can’t tell you the number of times she has told me “if you had a physical illness, you would see a doctor. Why would you not seek help for mental illness?”.
I entered therapy reluctantly, but soon found it to be uplifting. I went so far as to say that when I left my therapy session, it felt like I was walking on a cloud as the weight on my chest had been lifted. I finally got it. I finally saw the benefit that Sara had seen for so many years.
Needless to say, Sara and I are passionate about mental health. We have created Awareness Attire in the hopes of creating a community and guide people to get the help that they may need. Through our brand, we hope that our apparel provides an outlet to have a voice, show your pride and spark conversations. So please, wear our products, spread our message and join us on Social media to build a community of supporters.
There is no shame in mental illness.
With time and patience things will be ok.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
